Do not rinse with water.

It is therefore important to choose a mouthwash that is alcohol free but also one that contains fluoride to protect your tooth enamel. Oralieve Mouthrinse for Dry and Sensitive Mouths has a mild mint flavour and will not irritate a dry mouth.
Should I rinse my mouth with water after using the mouthwash?
No. For best results, avoid rinsing with water immediately after using the mouthwash to allow the ingredients to continue working.
Can I use Oralieve even if I don’t have dry mouth?
Yes, the Oralieve products have been formulated to provide comfort and moisture. The toothpaste and mouthrinse are formulated to provide the same benefits in terms of cleaning and fluoride protection as other brands but without harsh flavours or chemicals such as SLS which can irritate sensitive mouths.
